Job Description: As a Nanny at [Company Name], your role will be essential in the development and well-being of our children. Responsibilities:
- Care for and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Organize and participate in creative, educational and recreational activities appropriate for the children’s age.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children following guidelines provided by parents.
- Help with homework and encourage learning through play and exploration.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment, including taking care of the spaces used by children.
- Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress, behavior and daily activities.
- Establish limits and discipline in a consistent and loving manner, following parental guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous childcare experience, whether as a babysitter, preschool teacher, or other related position.
- Passion for working with children and a loving and patient attitude.
- Knowledge of the needs and stages of development of children.
- Ability to establish genuine connections and build trusting relationships with children and parents.
- Ability to handle unforeseen situations calmly and efficiently.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong references from previous child care employment.
- Certification in CPR and first aid (desirable).
